Start with a Beginner class. Tell your instructor it’s your first time and they’ll guide you. Classes are sold in packages — see the pricing page for today’s prices.

Comfortable, fitted clothing and grippy socks (available at the studio). Bring water — we provide everything else, including towels.

Classes are marked Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced or All levels. Above your level? You can still book — you'll just see a gentle heads-up.

Browse the schedule, pick a class and tap Book. Sign in or create an account, then land back on your class. Book up to 14 days ahead.

Cancel free up to 12 hours before class and your credit returns. Inside 12 hours the credit is used. Studio-cancelled classes always refund.

Once in a while? The 4-class pack. Twice a week? The 8-class pack. More often than that? The 12-class pack. Packs are sold per studio — the current prices are on the pricing page.

Yes — you can freeze an active pack from 7 days up to 30 days per year. Your expiry date shifts by the length of the freeze.

We do. Choose an amount, add a message and we'll email it now or on a date you pick. Gift cards are valid for 12 months and work on any pack.

Yes. We have instructors certified in pre/postnatal and rehabilitation Pilates. Tell us your stage or any injury when you book and we'll place you well.

Our instructors teach in Georgian, English and Russian. The website and booking are available in all three.

We have two studios: Vake, at 30 Chavchavadze Avenue, and Saburtalo, at 45 Vazha-Pshavela Avenue. Both are a short walk from public transport. See the contact page for the maps.
