Yes, you will need grippy socks — the kind with rubber dots on the sole. They keep you steady on the reformer and the mat, and you can buy a pair at the studio if you forget yours. Otherwise, wear comfortable clothes you can move and stretch in.
You do not need any experience. Every class is small, and your instructor will show you how each spring, strap and setting works before you use it. Arrive a few minutes early for your first visit so we can set you up without rushing.
Come a little hydrated rather than full — a light snack an hour before is plenty. And if you have an injury or you are pregnant, tell us when you book, so we can plan the session around you from the start.
That is really all there is to it. Your first class is 35 GEL, and you can book it in under a minute.
