How often should you practise Pilates?

It is the question we hear most: how many classes a week make a difference? The honest answer is that consistency matters more than volume.

For most people, two sessions a week is the sweet spot. It is often enough for the body to learn a movement and carry it into the next class, without leaving you so sore that you dread coming back.

One considered class a week still builds real strength and mobility, especially when you move well between sessions. Three or four can suit those training for something specific, provided you vary reformer, mat and apparatus so the same patterns are not repeated every day.

What matters most is that each class is small and guided. Six bodies, one instructor, full attention means every session is built around your body on the day — so progress comes from precision, not from simply doing more.

Not sure where to begin? Start with one class and see how your week feels. Your first class is 35 GEL, and booking takes under a minute.
