The Wunda Chair: small machine, big demand
The Wunda Chair is the smallest piece of apparatus in the studio, and often the most humbling.

It is little more than a padded box with a spring-loaded pedal, yet that compact frame removes almost every place to hide. With a smaller base of support, your body has to find stability from within — which is exactly what makes the chair so effective.
The springs beneath the pedal can be set light or heavy, changing an exercise from a gentle press to a serious test of strength and balance. Standing, seated or lying, you work the whole body: legs, arms and a deep core connection running through all of it.
Because the margin for error is small, we teach the chair in tiny groups of no more than four, in 45-minute sessions. One instructor can watch your alignment closely and scale each spring to where your body is today.
