This Privacy Policy explains how MetaPilates collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website, apps and studio services, in line with the Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection.

This document is a working draft and will be finalised by Georgian-qualified counsel before launch. The Georgian version is binding.

MetaPilates operates the studio, website and mobile apps. For questions about your data, contact us using the details at the end of this document.

Data we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), booking and payment history, health questionnaire responses where you provide them, and technical data such as device and usage information.

How we use your data

To provide bookings and memberships, process payments, keep classes safe, send you service and (with consent) marketing messages, and improve our services.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service — payment providers, messaging and analytics tools — under contract, and never sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You may access, correct, delete or export your data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.
