Building a home practice between studio classes
The studio is where you learn to move well. Home is where you keep the habit alive.

You do not need equipment to practise between classes. The mat work you learn on the reformer — breath, core connection, controlled movement — translates directly to the floor at home, and ten quiet minutes is enough to keep it fresh.
Keep it simple: a short sequence you already know well, done with attention, beats a long one done carelessly. Footwork, a few core exercises and some gentle spine mobility — the same principles, just without the springs.
Bring your questions back to the studio. In a small group your instructor can check that your home practice is helping rather than reinforcing a habit you would rather lose, and give you the next thing to work on.
Want a first sequence to take home? Your first class is 35 GEL, and booking takes under a minute.
