These Terms govern your use of the MetaPilates website, apps and studio services. By creating an account or booking a class, you agree to them.

This document is a working draft and will be finalised by Georgian-qualified counsel before launch. The Georgian version is binding.

Agreement

By using our services you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Bookings & cancellations

Bookings consume a class credit. Free cancellation applies up to 12 hours before class; later cancellations use the credit. Studio-cancelled classes are always refunded to your balance.

Payments & memberships

Prices are shown at checkout. Memberships may auto-renew where indicated; you can turn auto-renew off at any time before the renewal date.

Studio conduct

Please arrive on time, follow instructor guidance and respect other clients and equipment. We may refuse service for unsafe behaviour.

Health & liability

Exercise carries risk. Consult a doctor before starting, disclose relevant conditions, and follow your instructor's guidance. Participate within your own limits.

Changes

We may update these Terms and our schedule or pricing. Material changes will be communicated, and a purchased product keeps the terms shown at purchase.
