Prenatal
Prenatal Pilates meets pregnancy where it is. As your centre of gravity shifts and your body changes, our pre/postnatal-certified instructors adapt every exercise to your trimester — focusing on breath, pelvic-floor connection and safe, supported strength. Taught in small groups or one-on-one, on the reformer and mat.

What you'll gain
Safe, trimester-aware movement
Every exercise is chosen for your stage of pregnancy and adjusted as your body changes. Nothing is forced: as your centre of gravity shifts, we adapt positions, swap anything that no longer feels comfortable and keep the work safe, supported and steady from the first trimester onwards.
Pelvic-floor and deep-core connection
We spend real time on breath and on the deep core and pelvic floor — the muscles that support you through pregnancy, birth and recovery. Learning to connect to them, and to release them gently, builds control that helps during labour and makes the return afterwards far easier.
Relief from pregnancy aches
Targeted, supported movement eases the aches pregnancy can bring — a tight lower back, stiff hips, heavy shoulders. Working on the reformer and mat, we open and mobilise where you need it, so you leave looser and calmer, and quietly stronger for birth and the weeks beyond.
Prenatal Pilates, explained
Pregnancy changes your body week by week, and good prenatal Pilates changes with it. Rather than one fixed routine, every session is shaped around your trimester, your energy that day and anything your doctor has flagged — so the work always feels safe, supported and right for where you are.
In the first trimester we keep things gentle and steady — breath, posture and a calm connection to your deep core. It is the ideal time to build the habits that will carry you through pregnancy, working at a pace that respects early-pregnancy tiredness and never pushes.
In the second trimester, as energy returns and your bump grows, we build supported strength through the legs, hips, back and shoulders, and adapt anything usually done lying flat. The reformer's springs let you work strongly while the carriage takes load off your joints.
In the third trimester the focus shifts to comfort, mobility and breath — opening the hips, easing the lower back and preparing calmly for birth. Every position is chosen to feel stable and well supported as your centre of gravity moves.
After birth, postnatal sessions rebuild gently from the centre out — restoring pelvic-floor and deep-core connection before we add any load. We wait for your doctor's clearance, then return at a pace that fits new motherhood.
Whatever stage you are at, you are never on your own. Prenatal is taught in small groups of no more than four, or one-on-one, so your pre/postnatal-certified instructor can watch every movement and adapt it to you. With your doctor's clearance, your first class is 35 GEL — a calm, supported place to begin.
